She was born at Pikeville, Dec. 11, 1954, the daughter of the late Hibbard and Matilda Kendrick Thacker.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Billiter; her second father, George W. Thacker; one son-in-law, Brian Damron; and four brothers, Terry, Roger, Mike and Hibbard Thacker Jr.She is survived by her loving children, Misty Sawyers of Pikeville, Stacy Damron of Raccoon and Chris Thacker (Chasity) of Betsy Layne; three grandchildren, Addy Sawyers, Colton Thacker and Taiven Thacker; five brothers, Darrell Thacker (Dewana) of Clay City, Ronnie Thacker (Lola) of Tennessee, Tunis Ray Thacker (Kathy) of Pikeville, Vallis Gene Thacker (Ginger) of Harold and Brad Thacker (Lala) of California; two sisters, Laura Cantrell of Mouthcard and Betty Parton (Tom) of Duffield, Va.She will be sadly missed by all who knew and treasured her. She was adored by her family.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Reed officiating all services. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Chloe Road, Shelbiana.Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15, 2018, at the funeral home with services nightly at 7.
